We want you to be fully satisfied with your Pen and Paper Strength App gear; if you are not, you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original tags are attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or visit our returns center with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser or email confirmation.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, attach the return label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
